Condition Monitoring System
mySCADA Asia worked to develop an effective condition monitoring system and up/downtime monitoring. The palm oil extraction machines are being monitored for maintenance and OEE purposes.
Injection Moulding
The Czech PLASTON plant produces and assembles many types of cases especially for tools. The manufacturing machine produces the case from plastic granulate, the assembler put the case’s parts together. Before the cooperation between mySCADA and PLASTON, they need to have 1-2 checkers who checked the final product.

Cleverex s.r.o. is a Czech company focusing on industrial and home automation for small and mid-sized projects. Cleverex focuses on „intelligent living“ with a high level of comfort and luxury. Cleverex’s smart building also ensures operating cost savings which are appreciated in the modern world
Manufacturing Gas and Chemical System
Faeth Asia Pacific was established in 2011 in Penang Malaysia as a member of Faeth group with headquartered in Eschau-Hobbach,Germany. Faeth group members develop, manufacture, install and qualify customer-specific gas and chemical delivery systems for customers from various industries including the semiconductor, photovoltaic, pharmaceutical industry and LED industry.
Automotive industry
The Vibracoustic company (a manufacturer of car components) showed an interest in modernizing its production hall. The company started to look for a visualization system that would overview the production and help to decrease the costs to be even more competitive to their automotive “rivals”. The most suitable solution was mySCADA, which offers visualization software placed in an operator’s panel.
Logistics
One of the greatest online clothing stores in middle Europe called Zoot started to think of the automation process in the second half of 2017. After a thorough analysis, a few conclusions were made. The bottleneck of company development (and related turnover) is the high spending in the storage area. The costs included human resources as well as the time duration. Those costs turned out to be the most important motivator to implement an automatized system into the store.
Smart city
A SMART City could have many faces. This reference is focused on parking in the middle-sized city because this issue often has to be solved by the management of the city. The aim is to simplify interaction between cars and pedestrians to prevent the conflicts between them and also make parking easier and well-arranged.
Heavy Clay / Ceramic industry
KEBE S.A. is a Greek Heavy Clay production company with more than 80 years of experience, leader in the Greek market and with a significant presence in the Balkans. KEBE’s production is focused on high quality clay blocks and roof tiles satisfying the needs of 25 countries in Eastern Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa.
Manufacturing machine tools
This reference describes a real project in which mySCADA (software and hardware provider) and TOSHULIN (global manufacturer of the machine tools) collaborated. This is the first collaboration in a long-term relationship which will be profitable for both sides.
Papermaking machine
With the cooperation of mySCADA, the “Artezia” company has developed and implemented a modern, efficient system of steam supply and condensate drainage for the drying part of the papermaking machine. This is the main equipment and the most important element of the entire facility.
Hydropower Plant Control
Czech company HydroCon Inc. has rebuilt small hydropower plant (SHPP) in Czech city Hluboká nad Vltavou, which was completely modernized in 2014 with a strong emphasis on the latest technology that allows remote management and effective control of the data. The supplier of the technology was the international engineering and manufacturing company Mavel a.s. that provides hydro turbines for small hydroelectric power plants worldwide.
This reference shows the usage of mySCADA in the regular building automation. Modern look and simplicity of the system is highly appreciated by the building´s management.
Wastewater Treatment
The communities of Hrádek nad Nisou (Czech Republic) and Bogatynia (Poland) invested in extensive upgrade of the local water treatment facility including new automation and control system to process more sewage and gray water effectively and reliably. The new control system was equipped with MicroLogix 1400 PLC made by Allen-Bradley. The challenge was to find a reliable SCADA system
Raw Water Treatment
ŠKO-ENERGO is an operating company established in 1995 that supplies energy and broad range of services such as raw water treatment and waste liquidation for the company ŠKODA AUTO, a.s. ŠKO-ENERGO is also a supplier of heat for 12 000 homes and more than 200 business entities and institutions in the city of Mladá Boleslav in Czech Republic.
Production line
The Saint-Gobain company has chosen one of its divisions – Weber – as a pilot project for this task. Weber´s main field of activity is mixing and bagging of dry mixtures in the construction industry. The general overview is provided by a Czech company mySCADA Technologies s.r.o. – an expert in visualizing production and allocating shortcomings. This company was able to meet all of the functional requirements of the project assignment.

We helped them with creating the vizualization, they used it for data collection in the PUMP station (USA). The company can monitor the processes via mobile devices with mySCADA. Remote access -> reduced travel costs -> increasing productivity. That is one of the biggest advantage of this solution.
Traffic Control
Husovicky Tunnel in Brno, Czech Republic Husovicky tunnel was built in 1999 with the objective to ease traffic congestion between the east and north districts of the city Brno in Czech Republic. It is approximately 600 meters (0.4 miles) long. Thousands of cars pass through every day. In order to enhance the safety in the tunnel and make the tunnel maintenance more efficient the previous obsolete automation system monitoring traffic signs, lights and ventilation was replaced by a new automation technology in 2012.
